Work

JS Design and Print agrees to produce project materials (The “Work”) at the request of the client for fees and payment method agreed upon in advance. JS Design and Print will work with the Client in editing and otherwise reviewing the work prior to completion and launch.​

Confidentiality

JS Design and Print acknowledges that we may receive or have access to information which relates to the Client’s past, present, or future products, vendor lists, creative works, marketing strategies, pending projects/proposals, and other proprietary information. JS Design and Print agrees to protect the confidentiality of the Client’s proprietary information and all physical forms thereof, whether disclosed to JS Design and Print before this Agreement is signed or afterward. Unless strict confidentiality is requested by the Client in advance of the establishment of this contract, JS Design and Print can display finished examples/circulating materials and final work created after its public circulation on our website and all social media platforms while respecting all personal data.

Client Approval

Upon acceptance of the Work, the Client accepts responsibility for any further applications in which this work is used (e.g. video advertising, printing, etc.) JS Design and Print is not responsible for errors occurring/noticed in this work or projects related to this work after acceptance of the Work by the Client.

Cancellation

Both parties understand that the Client or JS Design and Print may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed to be unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, the Client is responsible for payment for all expenses (hourly billing) incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project to date. Should the Client cancel the project following its completion, the Client is responsible for full payment as per the agreed upon estimate plus all expenses/time incurred. In the event of cancellation, if the Client does not pay up in full then JS Design and Print retains ownership of all copyrights and original work created.

Payment

The ‘Company’ JS Design and Print will supply a final invoice and final payment via BACS to be made upon completion of the project before going to final print from the Designers side as to their contractual fulfilment. If the project is not taken to final print for whatever reason, design time is still payable in full.

Acceptance of Terms

Client promises to pay for the services rendered by the Designer for the Work as agreed upon. By replying, signing or moving forward to the PROJECT PROPOSAL terms & conditions, the Client agrees they have read, understood and are legally bonded to these terms herein.
